Honda Guaranted not Recall Product In Indonesia
Honda cars circulating in Indonesia, especially the Accord, Odyssey, CRV and made between 2004 and 2009 do not need to be recalled as in the United States and China.
"No, we've been able to confirm from the principal (the brand holders)," said Director of Marketing and after-sales service of PT Honda Prospect Motor Jonfis Fandy in the electronic message to ANTARA News here on Sunday.
"If Honda had a recall, we'll do the usual, if it does not mean there is no call," said Jonfis.
Earlier, the AFP news agency quoted the Honda Motor announced that later this week to withdraw for repairs (recall) to more than two million vehicles in the United States and China.
U.S. Motordi Honda press release says that the recall was aimed at updating (update) the software that controls the automatic transmission. Recall that apply to the type of Accord, CR-V and Element.
